Kevin Mara and the team did an excellent job replacing our roof in our 1.5 story in Kitchener. They provided fast communication during the entire project. They managed to do 90% of removing the old shingles and replacing the new ones on the first day of work! The process quoted was perfectly executed, professionally, and quickly. Kevin and his team are the real deal. He met with us and our neighbors (semi attached house) and fully explained his process and the products they use. He left plenty of information and pamphlets with the colour and shingle styles and provided samples for us to compare and test against our brick and siding colours. He even went the extra mile and suggested we could change the colour of the trim aluminum to better match our siding and provided colour samples for that as well. Him and his team completed the job in one day and he provided us with photos and updates on how everything was going throughout that day. Kevins communication with his clients is top shelf and I won't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to repair, replace or upgrade their roof, siding or eaves troughs. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Of all the companies that I called for quotes, Kevin was the only one that actually arranged a time to come. He gave me an information booklet and addressed any concerns that I had. The others companies just showed up unannounced to take measurements and left without any kind of discussion.On the day of the job, Kevin let me know the crew was on their way and they arrived moments later. The guys were on the roof promptly at 7AM. Kevin kept me updated throughout the day and sent photos of the progress. They even left the jobsite cleaner than it was before they arrived!Fantastic communication and beautiful work. I would recommend Kevin Mara Roofing to anyone! Thanks guys!
